Directions. From metro Polyanka:

There's only one exit from Polyanka. Come out of the metro and turn right.

Walk up ul. Bolshaya Polyanka and 2nd Spasonalivkovskii pereulok will be on your right.

Walk down the pereulok on the right hand side to Dom 6 (it's an impressive, administrative-looking building).

Once past the guard, you need to walk to the back of the entrance hall through the door on the left which leads out into the courtyard.

Look right and to the other side of the courtyard, there's a 3-storey building with a row of windows that look like an attic extension. You'll find us in here - the first door on your left and all the way to the top (good for your legs!). Turn left and walk down the corridor to the end.

From metro Oktyabrskaya (orange line):

There's only one exit from Oktyabrskaya. Come out of the metro and turn left. Walk to the top of B. Yakimanka and round the corner to your left.

Walk past the large building complex on the corner of Bolshaya Yakimanka and ulitsa Zhitnaya (The Ministry of Internal Security and Ministry of Justice).

At your first opportunity past the black railings (careful not to walk into the Ministry) turn left and walk through an alley which comes out on 2nd Spasonalivkovskii pereulok.
